We also built a retargeting audience of LinkedIn users who had visited the franchise opportunity pages on the website. Total addressable audience: approximately 340,000 professionals across target markets.

Content and Creative Strategy

We tested three content approaches: franchisee success stories (video testimonials from existing owners), financial opportunity content (unit economics overview within FDD guidelines), and lifestyle content (franchise ownership as a path to financial independence). Franchise owner testimonials performed best, generating 3.2 times higher engagement and 2.1 times higher lead volume. The campaign used a mix of Sponsored Content (in-feed video and image ads) and Sponsored InMail (personalized messages to high-fit prospects). Lead Gen Forms captured prospects with pre-filled LinkedIn profile data.
